I am selling this amplifier for my father who is not too familiar with the internet. He purchased it new from Arizona HiFi in Phoenix roughly eight years ago. He lives in a smoke-free home and the amp has been in his dedicated music room since purchase. I don't know much about hifi equipment but the amp appears to be in fantastic shape. I cannot find any cosmetic imperfections. The amp works perfectly but my dad replaced it with something else. Includes original box/padding, power cable and two 100R loading plugs. This was my main loving room turntable for over 10 years but I've recently switched to a Thorens TD 165 so letting it go. I replaced the motor suspension and drive belt a few years ago though it may be time to replace the latter again. Includes a nice vintage Shure M44MB cart and genuine Shure stylus with plenty of life left. There is a rack at the corner of the lid which can't really be seen if put at the back, otherwise all great condition. Includes phono connector for the SAU-2 tonearm (with ground lead).

I purchased this preamp used and in good condition as a temporary replacement while my main amp was away for repair. Later it had light use in a second office / bedroom system. It hasnt been used regularly for a while now but still performs well. There is a slight mark on the front panel which can be seen in the picture but otherwise it is in good condition.

Sugden AU 41 Preamplifier. Purchased privately to use while my main amp was away for repair then moved to bedroom office system. Has not been used for a while so I am reluctantly selling. If youre after the true vintage British sound then this is the amplifier for you. 40 Big beefy old fashioned Watts (more like 80) that effortlessly drive any speakers. Rich, articulate, musical, exciting, poise, grip.. All words commonly used.. Ill just say great. Watch Kelvin on his YouTube channel Stereo review X. Hes more than in love with this thing. And yes its the mk2. Personally I prefer it in both sound and looks to the mk1. Its just so of its time. It reminds me of the equipment in science lessons.
