Up for sale is a Pioneer PL-S50 Quartz Direct Drive Full Automatic Stereo Turntable with Stanton 500 MkII Cartridge. As the photos show, this is in good condition for its age. It has scratches and nicks. There are marks that the original owner engraved the social number on the top of the front of the turntable and then erased it to sell. Please refer to the last picture. Extremely nice and lightly used Stanton 500 MKII Cartridge with a like new original Stanton EE MKII diamond elliptical stylus with a 0.3x0.7 tip radius. Do not get this confused with a club/DJ abused rig made for scratching. This is a for at home serious listening setup designed to track at 1-2 grams. Stylus is sharp, true and straight. Deep bass, great mids and pleasant highs produced from this one. Mounted and aligned on a quality Technics SL-1200 repro headshell with new lead wires. Sounds wonderful and I dont think you will find a nicer one. Multimeter tested at a near matched 548/549 ohms per channel. Headshell stand is not included.
