Vintage 1960s Model 8-301W 8 Transistor Micro TV for Parts, Repair. Cosmetics are excellent overall with some very minor/tiny rubs and small stains/dirt here and there. The all-original painted case/cabinet is one of the nicest you could ever hope to find. I wiped it with a damp, slightly soapy cloth to remove the dust and it looks like new. It has just a minimal amount of dirt that I did not try to remove. The new owner can do the detailed cleaning. The antenna is good and fully extend but has a very slight bend in the second section from the top, there is no kink or ding, just a tiny bend that can be removed if one is ever so careful not to over do it. Personally I would leave it alone since it retracts just fine, displays well and most likely will not be used fully extended. The channel knob and hood/shade are missing but the channel plate, tension ring and most importantly, the original AC cord come with it. The grab handle has no cracks which is hard to find these days. This set combined with the parts needed from another would make a very nice, complete TV. The chassis is all original showing no repairs that I can see. I plugged it in for a quick test and the picture tube lighted and sound was heard through the speaker. I am however selling this TV and all its parts as-is, display only, not working, for parts and repair, no returns. TV measures approximately 9” tall with handle, 8 1/2” wide, 9” deep and weighs 13 lb. Box will measure 14” tall, 14” wide, and 14” deep and weigh 16 lb. when packed. Good, strong packing supplies/boxes including 2” thick hard Styrofoam to line the boxes will cost $20 and FedEx Ground shipping (cheapest/ best handling ground service) will cost $55.00.
