This listing is for a VINTAGE SHARP MINIDISC WALKMAN PLAYER RECORDER MD-MT90H. Very good cosmetic condition, just one small bump that you can see in the last photo. Item was tested, playback and recording was tested and item works fine. This walkman uses one AA battery for power, so powering it is easy. PLEASE NOTE: This walkman has been restored so it is guaranteed to work properly. Type of restoration done: small plastic gear wheel that moves the laser was glued in place so it wont come loose, this is a common problem for many sharp minidisc players: even though the player might read discs because the wheel has not cracked yet, it wont be long before it does crack and you can no longer use your player. I have had this model brand new in the box and wouldnt read discs because the wheel has cracked due to age so it was required to be glued to make the player work again, many sharp models I have seen had this problem, so dont buy sharp models unless they were restored first.

Sharp MD-MT90 Portable Mini Disc Player Recorder. For Parts Only. “For Parts only or to fix it.” It come with 2 blank Mini Disc. One brand new factory sealed and one that I did opened to test the portable recorder. It does turn on, but won’t read Disc. All buttons works perfectly fine. Is just don’t read disc. As you can see in pictures. The portable recorder looks nice and clean on the outside, just minor light scratches, nothing major. No cracks or broken parts. Batteries compartment is not clean it got rusty from batteries. Please see pictures for more details. Battery not included. From smoke free home.
