From 1983, Sansui’s XR-Q7, fully working and ready to go. XR-Q7, the direct drive so quiet it sounds like a belt drive. This has just been serviced by pro tech (with receipts), tonearm motor rebuilt and band replaced, along with proper lubrication and alignment. Although this runs on 100v (It is a Japanese Domestic Market Item), my tech ran it at 120v as well, and said it runs well within specs at both, so while you may prefer a step down transformer, it is not necessary. Only reason I’m selling is because I recently got a second one, I’m selling the one that’s nicer and has a dust cover. Comes 45 adapter and dust cover. Cartridge NOT included. Dust cover has some very light scuffing and a couple small scratches. Please see all pictures as they are part of the description. The newly developed silent synchrotor system, featured in the XR-Q7 turntable, has been proven to prevent the reactionary force generated by the direct drive motor from vibrating the turntable cabinet. It does so by rotating the silent synchrotor in a direction opposite to that of the direct drive motor at any given moment, thereby cancelling any torque fluctuations as they occur.
