ROTEL DVD AUDIO/VIDEO CD PLAYER RDV-1045. Won’t power on. It will try, but the display will flicker on and then off. We are pretty sure it is bad capacitors on the power supply, and it would be a very cheap and quick fix for someone with soldering skills. Power cord included, no remote.
