At 0 volt the tube is at max conduction and is the top line on the display. Original Rogers LS3/5A Speakers purchased from estate of the original owner. All drivers and crossover parts are original and they sound amazing with both the tube and solid state amplifiers I have powered them with. From my understanding the the gold badge was reservered for special woods used in the cabinets, and I believe these are teak. The badges, however are a bit damaged but replacements can be found online. Matching serial numbers S03051A + S03051B and stamp inside the cabinet that date these from November 1977. KEF CRESTA MK2 Im selling 1969 vintage KEF Cresta loudspeakersPrototype ls 3/5a -- Columns on the superb T27 and B110 drivers - the same as in the iconic ls 3/5a.The ls 3/5a used slightly smaller boxes and a more complex crossover.Columns in good technical condition, drivers without damage. The grilles are included (the frames need to be refurbished as they are fading and fine dust is falling off). Cases - condition as in the photos - no dings or losses.Exactly this model played a few years ago at the Audio Show Poland - Warsaw in the Sulek Audio room.I recommend - BBC sound for relatively little money!!!
