Grill is clean, and in good condition. There is one small hole in the cloth at the bottom left corner. Very small, and not noticable once installed on sub. (See picture 9) Plastic frame and mounting tabs are in excellent condition Grill measures approximately: 15 3/4 tall X 14 3/4 wide Grill will be properly packaged for safe delivery.
