The gears turn but you can’t open the door and none of the buttons will stay down. One knob is missing on the door. The feet were removed as well. No returns/sold as is

Onkyo Stereo Cassette Tape Deck TA-630D PARTS/REPAIR Metal Vinyl Silver Blk READ. When it was tested, the play button goes down for a couple seconds and the gauges shoot up but then the switch goes back up and the gauges down. Won’t play cassettes. Top has been wiped off and still looks dirty but doesn’t rub off. Outside is in good condition, just doesn’t work and needs repaired or can be used for parts. See pictures.

This deck is in beautiful shape cosmetically.All lights work. The issue it has is in its tape mechanism. The tray opens and closes, however when you go to play you hear a humming and then it stops. I was told (sight unseen) that it needs belts only but I am not an expert so please do not take that as an actual diagnosis. Shipping via fed-ex ground insured.

It powers on and all the lights light up, but the wheel do not turn. Hence, STRICTLY for parts/ repair. Might just need a belt replaced, but I really don’t know.
