Selling a stunning Naim CDS3 CD Player in immaculate condition. Not a single mark or blemish on the unit. A new OEM Philips VAM 1202 Laser Mechanism was installed earlier this month. The CDS3 is the most analogue sounding CD player I have ever heard. It is only bettered by the Naim CD555 which retailed for $20k. The CDS3 requires an external power supply (Naim XPS or 555PS). I have moved to streaming and rarely use the player. Includes remote, Naim 5 pin interconnect, transport bolts, extra CD puck and factory packaging. Will be double boxed for shipment. The clarity and imagining was nothing like I had ever achieved with my vintage equipment, but I guess thats what you would expect from 40-50 years of technological advancement. However, the units saw almost no use over the next 3-4 years as I am constantly acquiring and playing with new acquisitions. I would say that the units saw less than 10 hours of playing time over the time I owned them. Needless to say that the condition of these units is pristine. There are no marks anywhere on them. I would personally consider them NEAR MINT and not simply mint because your might find a fingerprint mark here or there. Please look carefully at all pictures and judge the condition for yourself.
