NAD 5120 Stereo Turntable Record Player Deck *Please Read*. PLEASE READ This has been tested and all appears to be working accept there is an issue with the arm. When the switch is turned from play to stop/lift the arm does not lift up (the little rod moves up about an inch but then stops before it makes contact with the arm and lifts it. Because of this you need to manually lift and move the arm off the vinyl and onto the bracket when finished. I have read online that it can be resolved with “oiling” but I am not sure There are some slight marks on the lid but no splits or cracks etc Before shipping this I will need to tighten the transit screw underneath the unit in order to prevent any movement during shipping. When you receive this you will need to fully unscrew this so the turntable is completely loose and bouncing only on the springs. This is normal and is to prevent any vibrations when playing All in all apart from the arm issue it works and looks good Any questions please ask What you see is what you get

NAD 512 CD PLAYER - working with small fault CD player and remote control works well, good sound quality. Occasionally if the CD player is powered on from cold, the CD drawer will open automatically and takes several attempts for it to close and remain shut. This has happened only 5 or 6 times in the past year but wanted to fairly describe it. Because of this occasional slight inconvenience I am selling the CD player as spares or repairs, otherwise good working order. I have kept the unit clean and dust free. Turntable has been in safe storage and is in near perfect condition. Just purchased brand new belt to test it and it sounds fantastic! Includes flat detatchable tone arm AND never-used NAD 510 tonearm (which was optional at the time). Also includes instruction manual and Grado Stylus. Turntable has unique features found in very high end turntables, including a floating sub-chassis so that tone arm and platter move independently of the main chassis. For shipping purposes I lifted up the tone arm damping rod screw. Original Instructions and tool provided to put it back once you receive the turntable.

Vintage Turntable NAD 5120 Record Player Audio Hifi Stereo. I bought this Turntable many years ago. From day one the belt used to slip off the bigger wheel. I did a bit of a diy job and stuck a bit of cardboard on the wheel (needs re-gluing). It did the job. The turntable then was passed to a member of my family when i upgraded. After many years it has come back to me. Its got signs of ware and tare as you can see from the pictures. I am only selling for COLLECTION only. The turntable worked perfectly well until my friend attempted to remove the tone arm in order to replace the cartridge!!!We took it in for repair and the bearing on the tone arm was unrepairable.
