I have owned this tuner since new, purchased sometime 1983-1985. It comes with original owners manual. It has been sitting on top of the matching 3150 Amplifier seen in the photo (not included in this listing but for sale in a separate listing ID No. 225678781564) for 30+ years in a smoke-free home.
