Micro Seiki has acquired a great reputation over the years for its high-quality turntables, and this DDX-1000 meets that reputation. Similar to other Japanese turntables of the era (yet different from many Micro Seiki turntables), the DDX-1000 operates with a direct-drive DC servomotor system, for exceptional revolutions stability. It also has a great vibration damping mechanism to reduce vibrational interference. It is a highly precise unit, with a solid build quality, featuring wow and flutter of <0.025% and an SNR of> 63 dB. This turntable features a unique tonearm mounting system thats modular,The DDX-1000 is a superb turntable with exceptional mechanical engineering, a minimalist design, and incredible sound. It remains highly regarded and sought after to this day.
