Kenwood KR-9400 Receiver Service Manual *Original*.

Kenwood KR9400 Receiver 1975, customised with professionally done veneer. The veneer is Quilted Maroke and looks amazing. The unit came to us in poor condition and not working, it has now been refurbished after extensive work to the power supply and amp boards and the case customisation. The only thing that does not work is the FM stereo light and we can not find the problem, this does not effect the working of the unit.It sounds absolutely amazing as a very high end Kenwood should.The front should be all silver but the previous owner obviously marked it somehow and had it sprayed black at the top, but a good spray job has been done and it does look good.120 WPC into 8 ohmsFrequency response 5Hz - 40KHzTotal harmonic distortion 0.02%Weight 20.6kgThe unit is extremely heavy so the will be no postage on it at all. Please do not bid if you are expecting postage, you will not get it, it is pick up only and cash on pick up.The unit is a very high end Kenwood and the cost should be in excess of £1300 but because of the half back front and no fm stereo light I will be starting it at £850 and its worth every penny. Overall in good condition! Selling as-is, untested. I plugged the unit in and it powers on but I have nothing to test it with so im selling it as-is. All the knobs and buttons seem to all spin and work with no issues. Side wood panels to have some slight chipping as shown in the pictures. Please review pictures for condition details.
