HI, I HAVE FOR SALE MY HITACHI DA-500 VINTAGE CD PLAYER, IT IS IN EXCELLENT CONDITION WITH ONLY A FEW SMALL MARKS TO THE BODY MOSTLY ON THE TOP COVER. THE DISPLAY AND FRONT PANEL ARE EXCELLENT. ILL BE SORRY TO SEE THIS ONE GO AS ITS ALWAYS BEEN ONE OF MY FAVOURITES BUT I HAVE TOO MUCH HI FI AND I NEED TO THIN OUT. I HAVE SERVICED THE PLAYER AND FITTED A NEW BELT, THE PLAYER READS THE TOC VERY QUICKLY AND READS MOST DISCS IT ONLY FALTERS ON SCRATCHED ONES IM NOT SURE ABOUT BURNT DISCS AS I NEVER USE THEM. THE PLAYER HAS A VERY NICE DISPLAY WHICH IS VERY CLEAR, THERE IS NO REMOTE WITH THIS PLAYER AND THE FUNCTIONS ARE AS YOU SEE ON THE PHOTOS, THE PLAYER IS MORE THE FULL SIZE.
