Rectangle mount, face dimensions are 3.5 x 4.5 and require a 2.75 x 3.25 opening to install. These are factory PS 820 and PS 920 ESS tweeters, fitment will be exact if these are the cabinet types you intend to use them with. I usually ship within 36 hrs of completed payment.
