Both speeds work and it does turn off and on. Cueing arm works and turntable will shut down when the arm is returned to its cradle.The turntable comes with an aftermarket power supply. The dust cover has some scuffs and some scratches, overall its in good condition. The turntable base is very nice. One foot is missing the pad on the bottom. Please note that this Vintage Fluance RT81is being sold as is, untested. As a vintage item, it may require servicing or repairs to function optimally.
