The complete kit available here is not custom made, it is original ESS equipment used in their large bookshelf type loudspeakers. It comes with thin rubber mounting gaskets, 4 L shaped aluminum brackets, and the original stud and nut assy. The brackets are pre drilled to accept all original ESS heil tweeters, with a pass-thru slot for the lead wires. The radiators are of closed cell design, original to early ESS 12 builds with full 3/4 backings and mass weights. Unique to ONLY early ESS builds, the woofers have 2.5 voice coils wound on anodized formers, unlike every other cast framed offerings from ESS which have 2 voice coils. Also unique to this pair, the backside of the cone base employs a dampener to reduce unwanted harmonic overtones in the upper bass region. Resistance measurements are 3.47 and 3.54 respectively.
