Classic British Audiophile Bookshelf Speakers from the early 90s. Cabinets are in good cosmetic condition outside of the rear mounting holes pictured. Bottom left corner of one grille is slightly worn. They sound great. Price is firm at $380 for the pair plus shipping. Since this is vintage gear, there is no warranty, and the only way a return will be taken is if either or both speakers are somehow DOA.

I have a pair of the mid/bass plate for Celestion SL6si’s speakers. They are in good condition. It comes with all original mounting screws. Screws may have some light rust on it but you can easily clean them.This plate is good for all SL speakers, SL6, SL6s, SL6si. It can also be used for SL600/SL600si and SL700/SL700SE. I have SL600si speakers and SL700SE speakers. So I know that these plates are the same model of those from 600 and 700. Just that Celestion adds some rubber gaskets on the plates for 600 or 700. Celestion SL600Si Aerolam Bookshelf Copper Tweeter Speakers. These have installed a pair of woofers from my SL600 set due to one being damaged, its the same woofer, however I did replace both so they would match. One copper tweeter has a small dent approximately 1.5mm x 3mm doesnt seem to affect the performance and both tweeters sound great. The cabinets are not dented or damaged and the finish is in fairly good condition with a few light marks the camera wont pick up. These require a bi-wire set up to run properly. Two for the hifi leg of the crossover and two for the bass/mid range. The way I set mine up was to run the normal speaker wire to the red and black middle jacks and then I ran separate wire from the amp for the red and black outside jacks. These require banana jack ends. You wont be disappointed!! From a smoke and pet free environment. Shipped Fedex or USPS Ground. Celestion SL600Si with sturdy metal stands. Ive cleaned them up and painted in the front driver/tweeter mounting plates. The stands were also painted in black. Very accurate but analytical almost clinical speakers in my opinion... These speakers need lots of current. Consecutive Serial Numbers: 732494 & 732495. Collection from Chalfont St Peter. Unique cabinets fabricated from a 0.5-thick, Aerolam (aluminum-honeycomb) aircraft flooring material. While low in mass, thus minimizing energy storage, it is sufficiently stiff enough for the resonances of its panels to be pushed almost two octaves higher in frequency than with a conventional wooden cabinet. The contribution to the overall sound from the flexing of the enclosure walls will thus be moved away from the region where instruments and voices have their energy maxima, and will also be lower in level. The result should be a low delayed-resonance signature, with correspondingly low levels of midrange coloration.
