If for any reason you do not receive your order within the timescales set out on your order, please get in touch and well aim to help you as best we can.   Returns and warranty Warranty Our compatible lamps are covered by a 90 day warranty. Original Inside lamps are covered by 180 day warranty. Original (OEM) lamps are covered by Manufacturer’s warranty, which is usually 90 days, but can vary. In the unlikely event your lamp should fail within this period we will happily replace it with a new one. All we ask is for the faulty lamp returned to us, so we can investigate why the lamp failed. We strive to provide the best quality lamps possible, so we take failures seriously. Please get in touch with us if you have any queries. Returns To provide the best possible customer service we have a no quibble returns policy. If you are not entirely happy with your projector lamp you can return it for a full refund within 30 days. If youre returning a lamp thats not faulty you must return it in the box we provided and the lamp must be in the same condition as you received it. Please use additional outer packaging to return the lamp. If the lamp is not received back in ‘as new’ condition we will not be able to accept it. If you would like to return a lamp, please contact us as soon as possible and we can provide you with an RMA number and returns instructions. We can either send a replacement lamp out to you, or process a refund.
