I know this as I purchased it at an estate sale and was told this by the home owner. When I test it myself it lights up and the buttons show on the interface, but I dont know how to fully test it to see what functions or not. It has surface wear and scuffs to the two turn dial buttons on front, but overall it looks nice cosmetically. No original box. Does not come with antenna, remote, manual or extra cables.
