As you would expect from Sony the choice of components and mechanical build quality is excellent. This item has recently been serviced and all drive belts replaced. The Heads have been cleaned and demagnetized. It plays superbly and records just as it did when it was new. The front facia of the machine is in excellent condition but there are a few marks to the top casing and sides. The cassette deck has been checked over recently and given a clean bill of health by a audio service engineer who has been repairing / servicing audio equipment full time for the past 40 years. Once purchased; free technical telephone assistance would be available for this item if required. I will only accept cash on collection for this cassette deck.
