Orig Technics Receiver SA-AX6 Service Manual.

For sale is my prized possession of home audio. It used to bump and sounded great for how old it is. Dont really want to but it has been sitting on the Ill get to it later list for far too long. My younger dumbass self pushed it too hard and got the click of death. Overloaded! I thought it would be an easy fixer upper someday and held onto it ever since. I have opened it up and looked over it thoroughly several times but visually there is no signs of burnt out components and all the boards are in great shape. No heat damage or discoloration. Overall its a pretty decent receiver just needs a pro to get his hands on it to get it figured out. I dont have the time or patience to test all the components with a voltmeter so Im sure you could find out the issue there. Its a pretty heavy duty receiver so shipping might be stupid but thats the price we pay for online purchases. Hope it gets fixed and enjoyed but if you decide to part it out thats cool. Im just tired of letting it sit. Least Ill take is the cost of shipping+handling whatever that comes out being. Selling for parts but can be repaired. All sales are final. No returns. Thank you!

Lots of features on this old receiver. More than I ever used. I am age 88 and used mostly the radio and tape and phono inputs. Those still work. Other features are untested and not guaranteed. . The headphone connection works fine. The cover over the controls was just a nuisance and was removed and lost. The hinges are fine.Will ship by fed ex ground from Michigan USA. Pick up is welcomed. It is very heavy: for that reason I am only accepting returns if the unit is picked up. Thanks
