While the Philips 312 turntable was not considered high end in its day it was, and is, a very good TT. Not only that, but it is built well and looks fantastic. It almost has a retro IKEA look to it. The 312 was made in Holland and is a semi-automatic two speed turntable. At the end of the LP the table stops and the arm lifts but does not return to the holder.Philips also made a model 212 turntable which looks almost exactly the same as the 312 but does not lift the tonearm at the end of a record. It does stop however. The 212s also used bulbs to light the touch controls instead of the LEDs that were used in the 312s. The Philips 312 is a belt driven TT and features electronic speed control. The platter and the pick up arm are mounted on to a spring suspended sub-chassis to reduce or eliminate noise from vibration. The sub-chassis is dampened and connected to the main chassis. Very nice philips record player with a philips 400 cartridge. Sounds great. The original din connector cable has been replaced with a tulp cable and ground wire. Dustcover has a mark but is overall in good condition.

Vendo In buone condizioni estetiche e di corretto funzionamento, un celebre giradischi Philips GA 312 Electronic (1977 - 1978). In questo caso la base in legno è di colore nero e le luci a sfioro per il controllo avvio/stop e selezione dei giri, sono rosse (in altri modelli sono verdi). Cover Fumè integra con gli ordinari graffi del tempo e dell’uso presenti anche sul telaio e visibili in foto.Le cerniere, come in tutti i suoi simili sono regolabili come forza di presa per garantire lapertura del coperchio desiderata. Analogamente ai modelli “minori” 408 e 212, si tratta di un progetto a telaio flottante, sospeso con molle in trazione allo chassis fisso di lamiera. Il motore è un ottimo Philips DC sincrono servo controllato. Legge 33 e 45 giri selezionabili attraverso i tasti a sfioro con regolazione fine della velocità grazie ai pomelli dedicati a lato della canna del braccio dove scorre un pesetto coassiale per la regolazione del peso di lettura. Nel lato destro si trovano anche il controllo antiskating e le leve avvio / stop e lift. Al termine dell’esecuzione il motore va in stop e il braccio si alza dal disco (autolift) operazione possibile anche interrompendo l’ascolto con il tasto stop. Il mat è dotato di stroboscopio che illuminato con luce ambiente bassa o con lampada a incandescenza permette di verificare la corretta rotazione del piatto sia a 45 che 33 rpm . Il giradischi è completo di cinghia e puntina replica con poche ore di utilizzo su testina Philips 400 MKII coeva e congrua per questo modello anche se è stato dotato in più occasioni di testine sempre Philips di maggiore lignaggio con risultati superbi (ad esempio la release 412 MKII). Il cavo alimentazione è recente cosi come il cavo di segnale DIN pentapolare è stato sostituito con tradizionali RCA e filo di massa rendendolo immediatamente compatibile con un comune ingresso phono con vite ground. La slitta porta testina (sfilabile) è quella a due uncini ad incastro compatibile con le release Philips della serie MK 1 e MK 2. Le testine Philips MK 3 o le più diffuse MM (Shure, ADC, AT etc) necessitano della slitta (sempre Philips) per alloggiamento standard con viti. Dimensioni (L x P x A) 390 x 330 x 140 mm Peso circa 6 kg (imballato nella categoria tra 8>10 kg). Possibilità di test ascolto e prove di funzionamento in zona centro Ravenna. È stato realizzato un breve video in esercizio, disponibile su richiesta e via whatsapp, che fa riferimento all’ultima foto dell’annuncio per quanto riguarda i componenti della catena . Nel pacco inserirò in copia il manuale utente il service manual a cui fare riferimento per le operazioni non descritte nellannuncio. Preferirei non spedire data la delicatezza dell’oggetto ma conosco il metodo corretto per un imballo a prova di maltrattamenti, in doppia scatola e con tutti gli accorgimenti del caso, come lo smontaggio delle parti mobili che andranno ricollocate come da manuale e svolte le operazioni di ri settaggio. Verranno inoltre apposte sotto il piatto due viti (segnalate in rosso) di blocco della parte flottante per evitare danni di trasporto che vanno rimosse per rimettere in funzione il giradischi (e conservate). Come di consueto il pacco verrà realizzato in doppia scatola con abbondante materiale di protezione e ammortizzante. PHILIPS GA-312 Electronic Plattenspieler Biete einen PHILIPS GA-312 Electronic Plattenspieler mit Subchassis und servogesteuertem Riemenantrieb. Der Plattenspieler ist technisch voll funktionstüchtig. Der Riemen ist in gutem Zustand, das Tellerlager wurde gereinigt und mit frischem Öl befüllt. Der Antrieb läuft zuverlässig und leise. Endabschaltung und Sensortasten funktionieren einwandfrei, der Lift senkt sich sanft ab. Optisch ist das Gerät in schönem Zustand mit nur geringen altersgemäßen Gebrauchsspuren. Auch die Haube ist prima erhalten, völlig intakt und schön durchsichtig. Der Tonabnehmer, ein Philips GP400 II mit Original Nadel ist in gutem Zustand, der Nadelträger ist gerade und die Nadel tastet sauber ab.
