Collection only from Pinner HA5 2SH DescriptionAfter many years of evolutionary refinements the most advanced version of the Mission 770 drive unit is now designed into our new model 737 Renaissance.The cone membrane for this model offers a unique combination of rigidity, lightness and acoustic opaqueness. The drive unit is manufactured into an esoteric die-cast magnesium chassis to improve rigid coupling.The acoustic properties of the cone are such that they do not allow for internal reflection and standing waves to come out of the cabinet and reach the listener out of phase. Furthermore, a solid block of Mission acoustic foam is built into the inside of the cabinet to attenuate such standing waves.The Renaissance cabinet is of precision multi-folded construction, visco-elastically damped and incorporates our special MDF baffle board. The total system is reflexed using the Mission resistive port and resulting in extended low frequency and power handling performance.The Renaissance now possesses many attributes of its predecessor but at substantially lower cost. Mission 737R Renaissance Speakers (Walnut finish) & Original Mission 1BX (bespoke stands) in gun metal grey. All In Mint Condition - see Photos (time warp condition even the gold Mission Badges are unblemished) serial numbers 311253 and 311253 - and it goes without saying they sound amazing. Given the condition and sound these are putting out, in all probability there should not be any problems for years to come but given they are actually 38 years old it further goes without saying that no guarantee or warranty is implied or given here. Here for sale A pair Mission 737R Renaissance Speakers Boxed & Original Stands All In Mint Condition.. This stunning pair of Mission Renaissance Speakers are both in mint/pristine condition along with both the black covers and the matching grey stands with the small metal adjustable spiked feet. These were bought by myself from new over 24 years ago and were used for around a year then put carefully back in the original box with all the original packaging including the mission booklet. The reason for selling these beautiful speakers are because I moved to a smaller property and the sound disturbed the Neighbours, so l decided to use my smaller existing JVC speakers instead. I decided to make a start to de clutter the house so unfortunately these have to go to a new home. The sound quality is absolutely amazing with the 120 watts output and bass but as mentioned above the adjoining Neighbours didnt appreciate the noise good music . . The speakers have been stored carefully in a warm and dry cupboard in my spare room and also come from a pet and smoke free home. This is a reluctant sale as mentioned above im only selling due to downsizing and have to de clutter, my partners orders. . The speakers come supplied complete in the original box, with the stands which were very expensive extras and l will also provide 2 X 15ft lengths of high quality speaker cables. To Buy these particular speakers along with the original base unit stands in this stunning condition like new and boxed is near impossible, a friend of mine who works in a local Hifi Shop here in Blackpool has informed me the speaker package value should be around 300 to 400 so l may decide to increase the price in a week or so if they dont sell which l will be very surprised if they dont due to the high number of interest in them. So grab yourself a real bargain... once theyve gone you will have missed out on a real one off deal, certainly of what I am asking for them of 245.....
