It has upgraded parts and mostly works, but will need attention, diagnosed, repair. The listing also includes what looks to be a Brand new Hafler DH-100 Circuit board with some extra upgraded chassis parts, etc. An experienced Tech could, if they wish, install the new board into this chassis for a full function Hafler DH-100 stereo preamp.
