Finearts brauchte eine Endstufe für die Röhrenvorstufe und einen Phono-Vorverstärker, Restek brauchte ein Top-CD-Laufwerk samt Hauptplatine... Grundig steuerte also die CD903-Platine für den Radiant II bei, Restek baute diese unverändert ein und steuerte eine eigene Platine für das Bedien- und Anzeigekonzept dazu. Das Ganze in ein höchstwertiges Gehäuse. Hier haben wir angesetzt, um das Ganze noch auf ein NEXT LEVEL! zu bringen. Alle Kondensatoren wurden durch neue, ausgesuchte Typen ersetzt, die jeweils für ihren Verwendungszweck selektiert wurden. Genau so, wie wir es bei unserem CD903 FAO ULTIMATE machen. Dazu die selektierte S1 SILVER CROWN_Variante des legendären Wandlers TDA 1541A und man schwebt auf ganz hohem Klangniveau. Nachdem dann alles wieder frisch ist, setzen wir unsere Klangoptimierung ein. Die Peripherie des Wandlers wird optimiert, ein Metronom-Baustein unter dem Wandler sorgt für:Synchronisierter Oszillator des TDA1541ADynamische Korrektur des ShiftregistersClass A Betrieb des TDA1541A und in der analogen Ausgangssektion sorgen BURR-BROWN Bausteine von Texas Instruments aus der SOUNDPLUS-Baureihe für den entsprechenden guten Ton. Das Oversampling wurde zugunsten des Erhalts des Digitalausganges erhalten. Soll das Digitalfilter weichen, das Oversampling raus und der Digitalausgang geopfert werden, dann sind nach Auktionsende 50€ Aufpreis zu begleichen. Ganz wie es gewünscht wird! Das Bedienkonzept von Restek ist simpel und genial. Ein-/Ausschalten: Rechten Taster drücken. Mit dem großen Bedienknopf: Nach rechts: CD startet. Nach Links: CD-Fach öffnet sich.Damit braucht man eigentlich nicht mehr. Aber da die GRUNDIG FINEARTS-Technik ja auch noch da ist und der CD einen Infrarot-Empfänger hat, dann auch noch den RC-5 CODE versteht, liefere ich eine NEUE Fernbedienung des CD904 mit. Der Player lässt sich damit perfekt und vollumfänglich bedienen! Die Verarbeitung ist makellos, jedes Teil echt und schwer. Die Technik ist zukunftssicher: Das Laufwerk ist das gute und weit verbreitete CDM-4 von Philips, die Hauptplatine baugleich mit der vom Finearts CD 903. Die originale Chromblende der Schublade hat leider gefehlt, aber die FINEARTS-BLENDE in schwarz ist ein witziger und würdiger Ersatz, denn eigentlich steckt ja ein CD903 drin und den meisten Besuchern unserer Ausstellung hat diese Kombi echt gefallen. Optischer Zustand: Ich habe noch keine Idee, wie ich eine spiegelnde Oberfläche fotografieren soll, die Frontplatte ist perfekt! Die Knöpfe sind perfekt! Der Deckel hat einen kleinen Kratzer, der sollte im normalen Leben eher unter Patina fallen.

Ich höre schon die armen Sparschweine quieken, wenn sie wegen dieses A9009 geschlachtet werden. So sehr ich Tiere liebe, hätte ich ein fettes Sparschwein, es müsste genau jetzt dran glauben! GRUNDIG FINEARTS A9009. „Irgendwann landet jeder Finearts-Fan beim A9009“. Schrieb ich bereits vor vielen Jahren auf meiner Homepage. Und wenn Geld nicht Kompromisse diktiert, dann hat sich das bisher immer bewahrheitet. Sie waren alle begeistert von „ihrem“ A903,904,905,9000 - zugegeben, gute Verstärker. Aber der A9009 spielt in einer anderen Liga. Dieser warme und ausgewogene Sound, die eingebaute Klangwandlung mit den TDA1541A-Wandlern, die exzellente Verarbeitung, die nachhaltig reparable Technik und nicht zuletzt die Werthaltigkeit überzeugen auf voller Linie. Auch die Laststabilität bis zu rund 2 Ohm Impedanz (nahezu Kurzschluss) ist ein Highlight. Selbst kapriziöseste Lautsprecher verärgern einen gesunden A9009 nicht! Soweit so gut, die Profis erinnern sich an den 1. Test des A9009 in einer Fachzeitschrift? Dort hat man ein eilig zusammengestelltes Vorserienmodell zum Test abgegeben. Es hatte noch die Plastik-Lautsprecher-Schrauben des A9000 und im geöffneten DIGITAL-TEIL sah man 2 Analog-Digitalwandler des Typs TDA 1541 A S1 Silver Crown, die speziell nach geringem Klirrfaktor und hohem Geräuschspannungsabstand ausgesucht wurden. Daraus entstand der Mythos, dass der A9009 serienmäßig mit den Krönchen daher kommt. Ist nicht so, wäre nicht finanzierbar gewesen... Aber natürlich macht es MEGA-Sinn, die ZENTRALE der Klangwandlung bestmöglich auszustatten, also alle digitalen Signale dem A9009 zum Fraß vorzuwerfen und dort wandeln zu lassen. Ich habe 2 TDA 1541 S1 verbaut, die aus der gleichen Fertigungswoche, des gleichen Jahres UND der gleichen Charge stammen! Ähnlicher geht nicht, ich habe jahrelang derartige Bausteine gesammelt und kann nun Paarungen anbieten. Sollte IHR A9009 auch mit 2 solchen Zwillingen ausgestattet werden, so kann ich das (so lange Vorrat reicht) für 448€ anbieten. Aus den Fertigungsdaten der original verbauten TDA 1541A geht hervor, dass dieser A9009 nicht vor Frühjahr 1993 hergestellt wurde. Also einer der ganz späten A9009. Und dieser ist in so hervorragenden Zustand, dass die Idee mit dem Wandler-Upgrade entstanden ist, er hat es verdient! Es ist ein 230Volt-Modell mit einer Laststabilität bis zu einer Impedanz von 1,5 Ohm. Selbst widerlichste Lautsprecher schaffen ihn nicht. Aber das sagte ich ja schon.... The player is reputed not only for its original high sound capabilities, but as well as object to many successful upgrades, leading to even better sonic performance. The original DAC board of the player was modified extensively, in particular aged electrolytic capacitors are replaced with much better quality ones - Rubycon Black Gate , polypropylene ones in dac domain, Panasonic FC for power reservoirs - all these upgrades are well developed and proven to be effective for sonic improvements. Key modification is the tube output stage. It is made by replacement of operational amplifiers with valve based output stage . Tubes are 6S31B Russian subminiature output triodes, probably the best miniature output tubes, capable for low output impedance and very low noise and distortions. Tube stage is made with high quality components as well, like audiophile grade polypropylene output capacitors. These tubes are so compact that allows to be fitted on the original dac board without any changes in architecture of the player.
