Rare Japanese model with Deprez instruments, soft warm and detailed sound. All controls and functions work flawlessly, sound quality on both channels is impeccable. The brushed aluminium front panel with inscriptions is in near flawless condition. The top cover has been re-painted, the back cover is almost flawless with barely visible signs of use. The interior is completely original with no visible signs of repair. The potentiometers and switches are not contact defective and work fine. The original UK plug has been replaced with an EU standard plug. Advertised elsewhere. Instruction manual and other accessories are not included. Here is an excellent cosmetic example of the Kenwood KT-7500 AM/FM tuner. The wood case is in very good condition and the faceplate is nearly flawless. Operationally, the lights, meters, and switches perform as intended. I listen to a couple of strong local stations and they tune in well. However, it struggles with weaker stations and does seem to drift as well. Therefore, Im selling this with the understanding that an alignment is needed to get the best out of this tuner. The Tuner Information Center website has a ton of information on this tuner, including modification suggestions if youre interested in that sort of project. Original owners manual included. Can operate at 110-120v or 220-240v. Selected by switch on back of tuner.
