If youre looking at this subwoofer then chances are you know all about the Vandersteen 2WQ Subwoofer so for any technical questions I will defer to the Vandersteen website. I bought this new in 2007 and didnt use it very much so there arent very many hours on it. I rate the condition a solid 9 out of 10, no pulls or tears in the fabric and only the slightest scratches in the wood. Look closely at the pictures to verify condition. Operationally, its perfect, 10 out of 10. It comes with the WX-2 temporary crossover (Im adding a pair of interconnects just to help with setting up), a pair of 15K crossovers that were ordered after set-up (they might be ok for your rig but use the WX-2 first anyway), instructions, Vandersteen supplied wire and carpet spikes. Ill put it in the original box (see serial number). This is for local pick up only. This item was previously listed but the deal fell through so Im re-listing it.

The Vandersteen website has all the technical details and there are numerous on-line reviews that can give you a better and more complete assessment of these speakers attributes than I possibly could. But what I can say is these speakers were bought new by me about twelve years ago and sat in the same spot in my living room the whole time. Adult owned in a non-smoking house and never played very loud, these speakers were babied and are sure to continue to sound great for years to come. The condition is a solid 9/10, no rips or pulls in the fabric and only the smallest of marks on the wood. One speaker has a light mark on the fabric on the right front edge about 1/3 of the way down from the top: my wife somehow managed to squirt hand lotion on it, I never tried to clean it figuring it would dry up and flake away by itself. The speakers look and sound great and work perfectly. This auction is for LOCAL PICK-UP ONLY. They will be securely packed in their original boxes. The Sound Anchor stands are included and will also come in their original box. The 2CE Signatures and Sound Anchor bases are the only things offered in this auction, 2WQ Subwoofer shown in one of the pictures is listed in a separate auction and is not part of this auction.
