If you dont know the name, he owned the million dollar sound system in Virginia. It was all over the news and videos went viral, etc. See below. These are super cool. The TT I am selling has only the one Kuzma 4-point arm. No cartridge. The Rhea phono stage does NOT come with it. Also, I am providing 1 motor assembly not 3 as shown. The package must include the cabinet/base as it is so well engineered and should be a family. There is a lab grade isolation device Minus K isolator tuned to the weight of the TT. It was $3-4k alone!!!! The Kuzma arm is worth $3k+ alone. All of the brass hardware/cones, etc. come with the TT. The actual platter is from SOTA and it is the new magnetic bearing version. It is also the SOTA vacuum hold down version with its pump. Of all things the 1 thick aluminum shelves were custom made in Kens shop and shipped to Krell so they could match the anodizing to Kens Krell gear. Insane!!!! This will be a complete and running system even though the extra arms and motors will not be included. Everything fundamental for an operating system is included. Be aware you will need a heavy duty hand truck or cart of some kind AND at LEAST 2 VERY strong men. I will be able to help some. I will not ship unless you arrange for all logistics. I can meet the shipping team at the storage area for sure. I have broken it down as far as it will go. The resin and lead base is close to 300 lbs by itself. The total weight is 1400 pounds!!!!! It is so over-built it isnt funny. It was built to be the best in the world. Please dont hesitate to ask additional questions. To put a retail value on this package would be insane. I would say $20k+ easily. Again, we may need to be creative on pick up day. This 1980's SOTA Sapphire turntable is a must-have for any audiophile. This Sota Comet turntable is a lovely example of the 1980s product, with its timeless design and high-quality materials. Sota, is known for superior craftsmanship and attention to detail, and this turntable is no exception. It has been tested and is fully operational, but the anti-skate on the Sumiko (Jelco) tonearm seems a bit fiddly. Platter, sub-platter, bearing, belt, motor and all wiring have been verified working. Included dustcover has a few cracks and hinges are missing. Overall, this unit is remarkable in appearance for its age.
