Up for sale is a very nice, properly working Marantz 1060 state integrated amp. It easily puts out its rated power 30 watts per channel into 8 ohms on our Sound Technology test panel. We ran music through it for a few hours and it worked as it should. Also tested cold the next morning and still all OK! It works great after we cleaned the pots and switches with Caig Labs deOxit. On speculation we replaced the phono preamp transistors (2SC458s) which have a very high failure rate from this period of time. Replaced with some NOS devices made in Japan, no counterfeits! Not fully restored but tested carefully We consider it plug and play as it sits. Were giving it a 8.5 of 10 for cosmetic condition, just a few minor blemishes here and there. It will be very well packed with an outer box added for extra protection. We promise it will arrive working and exactly as described No long term guarantee beyond that.
