Pro-Ject Elemental Turntable - Boxed , Ortofon OM 5E - White/Black. Up for sale is my much loved and much cared for Pro-Ject Elemental turntable. I’ve had the turntable from new and never had an issue with it. It’s in fully working and excellent condition. Ive always kept it well maintained , which is essential for this as there is no dust cover. It runs at the 33/45 speeds and to change the speeds you manually adjust the belt. Please be aware of this as it can be fiddly and if you have any hand movement restrictions it could be tricky. I found it no problem but just making you aware. Everything is there from what I can see , power cables , adapters , belt , needle , phono cable with earthing , plain black slip mat (Camper Van Mat not included) even all the original packing seems to be there. As I seem to be a box collector / hoarder , I have the original box and that’s still in very good condition as well. There are 3 Ortofon OM5E Needles , 2 in original packaging 1 is loose but in all honesty I think one only has a bit of life left in it so you may need to purchase a new needle. Very easy to replace you just pull off and push on. Love the design still , think it looks great and I Know I’ll regret selling this but I have a replacement now and it seems a massive shame that this isn’t being used. Postage …. Some signs of use, the finger lift did get a little bent and is still slightly distorted, see photo 1112/, it is easily sorted or replaced with minimal effort/cost, as these parts are separate from the tonearm. The lid is in good condition, with only light marks to it. Has original branded pro-ject drive-belt fitted. Comes with used Audio Technica AT-VM95E series, elliptical stereo cartridge. Replacement elliptical stylus are available for £30 and upgradeable to nude elliptical, micro-linear and Shibata. I have included a quality 0.5 metre Cable Talk interconnect cable as well as the original cable and earth lead. I have an original pro-ject X2 turntable box, and I have now packed the turntable just as if it were new. All removeable parts are now detached and carefully packed in their respective positions in the packaging. I have listed Parcelforce but I will use whatever is the best option at time of sale.
