This pair of Pass Labs XA60.8 amplifiers has a build date of July 2016 per Pass. I bought them March 2022. They arrived in amazing condition, but I dinged one of the heatsinks (pictured). Which killed me. Otherwise I cannot find a defect. They are as good as the reviews say, and if youve not heard the channel separation of mono-blocks before, wow again. Included are the $95 amp-cozies (pictured) and brand new boxes from Pass for which I paid $325. Shipping will most likely be UPS unless you have a preference. If you want to check costs, dimensions are 27x25x14, 106 lbs. Each. Local pickup ok. I am a stereo guy from way back and always treat my gear with the next owner in mind. Pass Labs XP12 Preamplifier Our trade in from a known customer, the unit is in very good condition, the remote control has mark on it but working fine. The XP-12 starts with a great power supply. It uses an efficient toroidal design with both an electrostatic and Mu metal shield, along with vacuum impregnating and epoxy fill. This gives a very quiet transformer both electrically and mechanically. The power supply circuitry itself is also lower noise and has additional filtering. The XP-12 uses the single stage volume control borrowed from the XS line preamp. This provides one hundred 1 dB steps with lower noise and distortion while removing some signal path parts. The gain circuitry uses Pass Labs favourite transistors from Toshiba with a higher biased output stage similar to the XS preamplifier auto bias. This makes longer and multiple cable runs easier to drive and gives the advantage of simplifying our single ended output circuitry while increasing performance. Whats not to love at this price... This is a very musical sounding pre employing class A design in true balanced topology. If you have never experienced a Pass Labs balanced design then this might be a great place to start. At this price, in a mid-to-high-end context, switching out a more modest preamp and replacing it with this is going to give you a very big bang for your buck. Its a very easy preamp to use in any system, and with its great output driving capability, its a brilliant preamp to use with long interconnects feeding active loudspeeakers.

Pass Labs XA25 amplifier 25 watt class A (excellent) - 11 month warranty left. Rate 9 / 10 condition, I cannot see any flaws. Up for sale is my Pass Labs XA25 class A amp rated conservatively at 25 watts per channel. Unit works perfect, and looks perfect. Includes manual, test report, power cord and manufactures packaging. This is the best sounding amp I have ever heard, but unfortunately I recently moved to Florida and the amp is not powerful enough for my 1200 sq. ft. open floor plan main living area. With high efficiency speakers, or a small listening area, there likely isnt too many amps the beat this at any cost. Note:I updated the warranty info per info from Mark at Reno HiFi. I purchased the amp as a demo unit on June 10th, 2021 with the full 3 year warranty, so the unit still has about 11 months left under warranty. Ships to lower 48 states ONLY

Zum Sommerpreis, hier zum Verkauf: Die rare Edelvorstufe, der Vorverstärker, das Forte Audio Model 40, in kompromissloser Class-A-Technik ausgelegt, noch aus der Nelson Pass Entwicklungszeit bei der Fa. Forte Audio. Es handelt sich um die letzte Ausbaustufe des Model 40, denn er ist der Einzige 40er mit einem zusätzlichen XLR-Eingang und einem XLR-Ausgang. Siehe Fotos. Fast alle Kondensatoren sind erneuert und durch leistungsfähigere neuzeitliche Varianten ( ELNA Gold fine ) ersetzt worden. Hieraus resultiert eine deutlich bessere räumlichere Klangabbildung mit auch deutlich mehr Tiefbasssubstanz. Auch der serienmäßige Nabelschnuranschluß ist geändert. Das Versorgungskabel ist jetzt an beiden Enden abnehmbar. Dazu hat der Pre hat eine zusätzliche Stromanschlußbuchse spendiert bekommen. Man kann also auch ein anderes besseres Anschlußkabel als das serienmäßige verwenden und vor allem aber auch eine verbessere Stromversorgungsquelle anschliessen, wenn man dies überhaupt möchte. Hier sind weiteren Tuningsmöglichkeiten keine Grenzen gesetzt. Ein bereits angefertigtes Powernetzteil ist in diesem Angebot nicht enthalten, kann aber auf Wunsch zusätzlich erworben werden. Erbitte Anfragen hierzu! Die Gehäuse sind samt Lackierung im originalem Neuzustand. Die Reglerknöpfe sind auf der Unterseite altersmäßig, leicht dunkler, verfärbt. Das ist aber kaum zu sehen. Siehe Fotos! In diesem Angebot kommt der Vorverstärker mit dem Original serienmäßigen separaten Stromversorgungsnetzteil. Dieses hat selbstverständlich auch neue Kondensatoren bekommen! Das Netzteil ist (for Export) auch auf 110 Volt umstellbar! Alles funktioniert perfekt, und so klingt es auch.
