The unit is not new, but the cosmetics of this receiver is above average with only minor marks from ownership. This receiver is being listed as PARTS ONLY for the simple reason that I dont have the antenna and such to hook to it and test it fully. The unit powers on, and the display works and the dials work. It seems like everything works. I just cant prove it, so Im selling it as PARTS ONLY. You may end up with a 100% working radio and as such an amazing deal. You may end up needing to do some work to it, but it seems built for easy service from what I can tell.
