I have 2 nice looking and fully functional M-117 amps. These are stereo amps that can be bridged to run in mono for BIG power. They have fixed & Variable RCA outputs with gain switches out back. VERY heavy transformer. One amp was not coming out of protection and I had the following done:Replaced protection circuit chip.Replaced power regulatorReplaced a bad cap on the power supply boardBoth amps are fully functional now!

I have upgraded all capacitors in the signal path. Replaced the old electrolytic capacitors with Film type capacitors. I did not change every capacitor in there as it would be a huge project and very costly. I just did the ones in the signal path.There are signs of age on this unit, but is in good overall condition. Scratches are visible, some surface discoloration as would be expected with a unit of this vintage.Very heavy and powerful. PS: All amplifier circuits of this M-117 are identical to the M-03 model (except for meters on the M-03)

Scratches are visible, some surface discoloration as would be expected with a unit of this vintage.Very heavy and powerful. PS: All amplifier circuits of this M-117 are identical to the M-03 model (except for meters on the M-03)
