Used Kef Kube equalizer for model 102 speakers. Comes with AC cord and 2 RCA cords. It lights up when I plug it in, but I dont have the speakers to test it. I got it from a friends estate who was very careful with their gear, so I expect it works fine.

Sounded fantastic in my Adcom pre/power amp/ Micromega CD set up. One speaker is fine, the other is tinny and suspect woofer is knackered. Selling due to relocate and space issues. Still have fronts that clip on but need a clean. Had a couple of bumps and marks over the years, see the pictures for the damage. Few dents and marks. Quite heavy, weigh 8kg apiece. Collection only

KEF 102 Reference Series Bookshelf Speakers with Kube all in box. I got these from a collector in a trade deal. I opened the box with speakers to verify that they are still factory packaged. The cube I opened up as well to make sure it was complete. Please see the pictures. Box matches the serial number to the speakers. As shown. Make sure your receiver/ amplifier has the ability to have the kube in the loop. Preamplifier to amp rca connections. Might be able to use the tape loop as well. I strongly suggest looking into this before buying. These are the mid to late 80s. They have never been opened besides the box for verification purposes. Nothing is rattling around. Returns are welcome if they are still sealed as shown. Due to part swapping No returns if you opened them from factory wrapping. Subject to restocking fee of 20% if returned because you didnt read the part about using the kube the right way. Your responsible for return shipping. Im not trying to be difficult seller. KEF KUBE 102 Active Speaker Equalizer for KEF 102 Reference Speakers Although the Tape button is not original and is just a tad smaller in diameter it does fit properly and looks good and it truly distinguishes between Tape and Extend, was not glued in Last Pick. You will often see 102’s offered for sale without the Kube. Although they will work and sound very nice, the level of subtle bass and extended overall performance enabled by the Kube is quite remarkable. Close your eyes and you wouldn’t believe that you’re hearing this quality of sound from such a diminutive enclosure.
