The service includes removing any old sticky grease and reapplying new grease on all mechanisms, cleaning the inside, and cleaning the laser. In addition to that I cleaned all of the old gunky belt residue off of all of the belt pulleys and replaced all three belts. I have tested every function on the unit and remote and everything is 100% functional. This unit is in very nice condition as well as the remote. The remote has a very clean battery compartment also! These are one of my favorite cd players because they hold a bunch of cds and they look and sound great. You can also link up to 3 of them together and use one remote for even more cd playing fun.
