Used Bob Carver Magnetic Field power amplifier M500t 200 wpc into 8ohms. Dual VU meters work but bulbs on one side dont all light without a tap on meter also power button only turns light off which means on off relay should be replaced, common for this model with power button. Relay and parts available on Ebay etc. I powered up with surge protector power bar or preamp connected plug(not included). Works well for output and may need capacitors replaced some time in future as vintage amps all do.. At 200wpc more than enough for most mid priced speakers. Color bulb replacement are available for this amp too i.e. blue LED.

The power supply capacitors have the increased value type so if you want to upgrade to the MK2, this has already been done. All adjustments made per the repair manual and specifications verified on load tests at 4&8 ohms. It’s a beast that runs pretty cool during the most demanding music sessions.
