I have spent a lot of time with lots of different speakers, I am not wealthy so all have been used, older models. Kappa 9, KEF 105/3, Magnepan 1.7, Martin Logan SL to name a few. None were slouches, yet none come close to the performance of the Nautilus 802s. I have only owned for about 2 months now, and they still impress the hell out of me. Low end response is very good, very tight and plenty deep for most music. No harshness, just airy highs, and a midrange that is very accurate and smooth. Imaging is outstanding. These speakers grab you and make you want to sit down and really listen to the music. These will rock out when you want, and still sound as smooth and detailed as they do at lower levels. 2 x Bowers Wilkins 802 Series 80 Generic Replacement Tweeter Loudspeakers Coils Foils.Always fit in pairs, that way they will look exactly the same & they will also sound exactly the same.You are buying a pair of generic replacement tweeter coils & foils (as seen on these pictures) to fit the bowers & wilkins 802 series 80 loudspeakers.They are a very good replacement for your old blown or dented tweeters.Dependant on when exactly your tweeters were made, these will either slot straight into place or you will find they are about 1.5mm wider that the slot for them.If they are slightly wider, then all you need to do is to put a very thin edge of superglue around the edge of your plastic tweeter surround (use the tip of a cotton bud) & then place the tweeter coil - foil in place using the magnet part of your complete unit to line it up while the glue sets.BEFORE you first open the tweeter up make sure that you mark the position of both parts of the tweeter, they slot together in a certain place & marking them before opening them will save you loads of time & agro later on.You will need the following tools to fit these.A philips screwdriver (small - medium head)A flathead screwdriver (small - medium head)A soldering iron & solder.Some superglug & a cotton bud.These replacement tweeter coils & foils can be used with many bowers & wilkins loudspeakers.You will need a steady hand, a fair degree of common sence (like do not glue into place until you have made sure it fits together correctly) & a few minutes spare time when fitting these.REMEMBER, THEY ARE VERY DELICATE, NO RETURNS ON ANY COILS - FOILS THAT YOU DAMAGE WHILST FITTING THEM.RETURNS ON BRAND NEW NOT FITTED COILS - FOILS ONLY.If you are not still not sure about fitting these, in the first instance have a look on youtube, you will be able to find videos on there showing what to do.If you still have issues, then send an email through ebay messaging to us, we will attempt to get back to you within 24hrs (we are NOT sat on the computer 24/7)FREE UK SHIPPING ON THIS ITEM.All items are sent by signed for & recorded delivery.
