Bang & Olufsen 5833 Beogram RX 2 Tracking Turntable Record Player, *Has Issues* ***Read Full Description*** Vintage, Pre-owned, Bang & Olufsen Beogram RX2 , #5833, turntable with MMC3 cartridge that has issues. Unit has after market wiring, will power on but the platter runs and drags, suspension not working correctly, has a dig mark on front left corner (base & top) that looks like maybe dropped?, has some tape residue. See photos for details and conditions. (Marked some of scratches, tape residue, and corners dent with red arrows.) Top has scratches and some yellow paint residue. Short video to show does power on, arm will move on and off, and the rubbing sounds from platter. This unit is sold as is for repairs or parts. There could be more unknown issues, very limited testing/inspection done. Platter is locked for protection and arm has Styrofoam and painters tape to hold in place for shipping. Needle condition is unknown. Unit weight is approx. 12 1/2 lbs. and measures approx. 17 x 14 x 3. Ships UPS Ground or USPS Ground Advantage.

Bang and Olufsen B&O Beogram RX2 Turntable with MMC5 Cartridge Needle. Comes with the owners manual.  This was recovered from a family members house as his wife had passed away. This powered on when plugged in and all buttons appear to function properly but I’m aware there is adjustments that are supposed to be made on it. If you watch the video you will hear that the platter is scraping on one side. There is no speaker plugged into the turntable I just want the buyer be able to hear the noise. I’m not sure how to adjust that but it feels like it is an east foxI’ll let the new owner troubleshoot that and will also have this item shipped professionally.
