Available on a strictly personal collection only basis with no courier collections or delivery available, sorry. On offer is this superb Arcam FMJ AV8 pre amp/processor with original remote control and instruction manual, and also including a set of 6 RCA phono cables to connect to a multi channel music source or multi channel power amplifier. I have been using this lovely AV8 as a fantastic sounding stereo 2 channel pre amp for the last year or two but it is obviously a fully functional A/V pre amp from yesteryear too. Hugely expensive in its day but lacking some of the bells and whistles of a modern pre/processor, such as no HDMI connections and only supporting older digitally connected surround sound formats such as Dolby Digital Pro Logic II and DTS:ES, this doesnt prevent it from still being a superb sounding unit especially if you have multi analogue RCA outputs from your movie source. When still using it for multi channel music and movies, I used the multi analogue outputs from my Sony Blu Ray player into the 5.1 analogue inputs of the AV8, and then output via the 5.1 analogue outputs to a 6 channel power amplifier, with superb results. I simplified our movie set up a while ago though and have just been using it via 2 channel connections recently for both music and movies, and it still sounds great like that. It is, as I hope the photos show, in excellent cosmetic condition, with a few light scuffs (mainly on the top cover which arent seen in normal use) but nothing horrendous or especially obvious. I have taken a number of enlargeable photos from all angles so you can see for yourself what great condition it is in, please have a good look at them to satisfy yourself of its condition. I have also included a couple to show it powered on with the display clearly visible, so you can see that it is functional too. I no longer have the original box and packaging for this and I have no way of packing it up for transit, so it is being offered on a strictly personal collection only basis with no courier collections or deliveries of any sort available. I may be able to deliver locally for the cost of my fuel if you are not too far away, but please get in touch before buying to see if this is possible. I have for sale my Lexicon RV9 AV Receiver.it is in excellent used condition with no marks or scratches on it and in full working order.I have owned it from new, bought in June 2020.It comes with the remote, user manual, mains lead, Dirac mic and cable(unused) and the box.The Lexicon RV9 is essentially the same as a Arcam AVR850 but in a Lexicon box and with the Lexicon logic7 immersion sound mode added.Everything else is the same as you would find on a Arcam AVR850. 7 channels class G amplification, Dolby Vision, HDR 10+,Dolby atmos and DTS X.I would prefer the amp to be collected in person by the buyer from near Billingshurst in West Sussex.Any questions please ask.Thanks for looking.

Hello, I have for sale my Arcam AV860 AV Processor. First of all, the overall condition of this unit is seriously like brand new. As Ive spent couple of hours of packing it carefully into its original box Ive spent quite a lot of time of trying to find even a small scratch on its case and I couldnt find anything at all. It has been used by myself and as with all my gears Im always looking after them a lot. Its in absolutely great condition and everything is working perfectly. Ive included all the original accessories like the remote, usb cable, main power cable, microphone for Multichannel Dirac Live Calibration, still not opened two brand new batteries, manuals and all the accessories which you can see on these photos which Ive forgot to mention over here. I was using it with my Purifi mono amplifiers which altogether gave me as great sound as you can hear as I was comparing its sound in stereo with my other multichannel DAC and stereo speakers in the same configuration (left and right main speaker + left and right subwoofer) and I couldnt hear any difference in sound quality. And I must admit that I have a very capable DAC - Motu Ultralite MK5 but still the sound was on par, extremely good in both cases. In the end I found myself I was listening to my music in stereo and occasionally in 5.2 only from Arcam AV860 as it was more convenient with as good sound with extra benefits like Dolby sound on movies and music also. So why Im selling it ? The reason is that I cannot have best of both worlds due to finances and my plan is to sell whatever is not in my future audio project and save for stereo active system with active speakers/monitors and subwoofers which I would like to upgrade also. Im sure I will miss Dolby sound and all but I prefer to focus on stereo audio for now as Im still not even ready for a proper home theatre due to lacking room in some areas, not enough mono amplifiers (Ive had only five so thats why I was using it in 5.2 configuration only) and not enough speakers for extra sides and Atmos. Someday I will definitely come back to home theatre as its totally worth it (even music in 5.2 Dolby was great) but it will happen in the future and now its not a proper time for it. Thats why Im selling it. Im not adding any kind of specification of the Arcam AV860 over here as Im sure that if you are interested in this unit you already know how good Audio Processor it is.
