AKAI GX-77 REEL TO REEL TAPE DECK - TESTED AND WORKING, VINTAGE, FREE SONY TAPE. Records, plays, rewinds, fully functional. This is an amazing tape deck that I’ve used it multiple times to record and haven’t had any issues whatsoever. Has some dents and the power cable has been fixed with electrical tape. Hasn’t been demagnetized, but it will come with a free demagnetizer. Also will come with an unused Sony tape roll. I have never done any maintenance on this tape deck and it was purchased from an auction so I have no knowledge of its history. I will only accept requests for refunds if the unit does not play, record, or rewind initially. If it stops working after using it for a while, I will not accept refunds.

I only ship inside the USA. This listing is for Two Roberts working VU meters carefully removed from a very clean 770-X machine. These were made by Akai and will work in many Akai, and other Roberts recorders as well. These are so hard to find in pairs that work. I can not tell you how many machines I have to go through to find a good working pair. Most of the time only one light works or the meter is no good. I use these VU meters some times with my 45 or 2A3 amplifiers. They serve the purpose of the dial light, and show the amplifier output, and look very cool. These are in very good condition, and come with the springs and nuts. Please see pictures for cosmetic condition.
