The MDS-JE520 succeeds the enormously successful MDS-JE510 with several improvements. The disc transport mechanism has been improved to provide better reliability. Additional inputs and outputs also increase the flexibility of the deck. This particular unit (S/N 8810905) is in excellent condition. Load and eject work smoothly and the display is bright and clear. The front panel is nearly scratch free and all controls work smoothly. The included remote is new, out of the plastic bag that it was received in. Proof of operation is provided via a YouTube video (https://youtu.be/NoPPlH9l3Zc). Sony MDS-JE520 Das Gerät hat lange trocken und warm gestanden. Es gibt nur geringe Gebrauchsspuren. Lediglich auf der Geräteoberseite einige Spuren von gestapelten Geräten. Ich habe mit dem Gerät mehrere MDs über den Analogeingang also (Cinchbuchsen) aufgenommen und auch editiert. Aufnahme, Wiedergabe, Tracks teilen, verschieben, umbenennen und zusammenfügen, alles hat einwandfrei funktioniert. Trotzdem weise ich auf das Alter des Gerätes hin und gebe zu Bedenken das hier keine Garantie für alle denkbaren Funktionen übernommen werden kann. Auch die Original Fernbedienung arbeitet tadellos.
