They produce both moving magnet and moving coil cartridges and have supplied product to other renowned audio companies throughout the world: such as Townshend Elite, Garrott Brothers, Goldring and Hana as well as many other well known Japanese and European companies. ES-70EX4 is their premier moving magnet cartridge and a genuine masterpiece. Notably, Garrott Brothers adopted it as a basis for their prestigious and acclaimed P77i and Optim S2 cartridges. Stylus is state-of-art: utilising SHIBATA grain oriented nude diamond, with a cantilever and suspension of equivalent refinement. Combined with a patented magnetic circuit, the cartridge achieves stunning quality of sound and imaging (soundstage replication) to realize a sense of outstanding naturalism and emotion from vinyl records. Being both medium compliance (20 cu) and weight (5.0 g) it will match well with any good quality tonearm, vintage or modern, of medium effective mass (8 -14 grams).
