Vintage RFT ECC83 tube from the 1960s (12AX7 equivalent). Made in East Germany. Never used! NOS. Price is for 1 tube from bulk box. Pictures show randomly chosen tubes.All tubes were tested on my electronic tube tester (Orange VT-1000) and their test result is Good. I guarantee they work properly. If the tube is faulty, you will get a refund or a replacement. Tubes are in excellent cosmetic shape. Labels are intact! All these tubes are marked first quality (1 in triangle). Many of them have additional, original letter markings, e.g.: r, n, d (below quality triangle). Sorry, I dont know what these letters mean. Google doesnt know either. I bet it was factory special selection. RFT ECC83 is slightly darker sounding than many others 12AX7/ECC83 tubes, which makes it perfect for overdrive channel of guitar amp. I use it myself and I love its sound. Perfect tube for guitar amps like Marshall, Ampeg VL or Mesa. You can read more about this tube on the web. RFT ECC83 receives great reviews. In my opinion, description of this tube from thetubestore.com is very accurate: The RFT ECC83 / 12AX7 is a durable tube with very low microphonics.
