Its about as clean a MC7106 that youll ever lay eyes on. One side of the face seems more dim than the other side doesnt effect the amps performance. Six channels. 100w/ch into 8 ohms or 160w into 4 ohms. (300w into 8 ohms mono with 2 channels bridged). Response: 20-20kHz (+0 -0.25dB). Distortion: 0.005%. Noise and Hum: -113dBA. McIntosh: MI3 , C37 , MR7083 , MAC3 , MCD7008, MC7108 For Sale Pristine.. McIntosh: MI3 Monitor, C37 Preamp, MR7083 Tuner, MAC3 Decoder, MCD7008 CD Player and MC7108 Amplifier. All of these are my personal pieces of equipment. I stacked them up and connected everything to be sure that everything works OK. These are for local pickup near Akron Ohio. I can deliver within any reasonable radius. If I sent them through the mail, it would cost maybe 800$ at least. I have to get special boxes and the shipping cost would be significant on these units. I am selling them because a service injury is finally catching up and I have about lost hearing in one ear. The mid e-bay price for each of these units is: MI3 2000, C37 3000, MR7083 2000, MAC3 1300, MCD7008 1500 and MC7108 2100. All the connecting cables, One case for the MI3 and all the remotes except for the decoder. Everything is working and the glass all looks good. Mcintosh-MC7106-This is an amp with cosmetic issues but sounds wonderful-basically for someone that just wants to enjoy the sound. All amp channels work beautifully-bias is adjusted to factory specs in every channel.and DC offset also meets factory specs. The front face is not factory but is custom made-the lamps/meters were non working and bulbs were damaged so I removed bulbs and made the custom face instead of repairing since I dont like meters when trying to watch a movie. The front left side panel was damaged previously with the factory screw holes gone. I filled with JB weld and put screws in there. They are not perfect but do the job of holding the panel on. Would just open the right side to access plexiglass if you ever want to replace bulbs and fix front panel. The custom front panel is made from Lexan painted on the underside and has a plastic light difuser that is taped in so it can be removed if you want to change power light tint. The front face metal has some damage and scratches.-see pics.The rear of unit had some kind of shipping damage and has dent. I tried to picture in last pic but it didnt show up well. i will take more pics when I get time.
