Box itself is brand new. FedEx destroyed the new R-12SWi subwoofer it came with but wireless box was untouched. I wouldve marked New Open Box, but the power cord is used. The original power cord for the box was missing when FedEx delivered, but Im including another power cord that works perfectly for it
