Internal MM phono stage and four line inputs, tape out jack and another pair of outputs if you want to bypass the internal power amp and use a separate power amp with the Elex-R serving as a line preamp. Its in perfect cosmetic and operating condition, and comes with its own remote, manual and original factory carton. Dimensions are 17 x 13 x 3 and it weighs 25 lbs. This pair of Focal Elear is in superb condition and comes with a pair of Clear pads making it an Elex, for those who dont know an Elex is an Elear with Clear pads and it really raises the bar for this headphone. I prefer these to my old Focal Clear, which I sold on here, but Im now selling these as Ive purchased Focal Utopia. The headphones are in pristine condition and have 50 months of warranty remaining with Focal (transferrable, Ill send the original receipt). These were bought September 2022, brand new. The Clear pads have some wear but lots of life in them, and they take these headphones to the next level. For the price the performance is mind blowing. Great upgrade from HD6XX or Sundara.

Our example was returned by a customer as the fascia around the buttons is slightly imperfect and there is a small mark near volume knob, otherwise it is in superb condition, with its original factory packaging. Housed in a brand new case to match the rest of the Rega range, the Mk4 builds on previous Rega designs using our multi-award winning class A/B power amplifier circuit which delivers an impressive 72W per channel into 8? loads (90W into 6?). New rear connectivity options are available with the Elex Mk4 now including a Rega DAC circuit with two digital inputs and a high quality headphone output conveniently located on the front panel. In addition to the line level, digital inputs, and a high quality moving magnet phono stage, you will also find Pre-out and Record Out functionality alongside a headphone output. Special attention has been paid to the selection of key audio components. Discrete circuitry, high quality relays, polypropylene capacitors and Sanken output transistors are used throughout the design. Our engineers have re-engineered the entire ELEX circuit board to optimise performance. Mk4 builds on previous Rega designs by using our multi-award-winning Class A/B power amplifier circuit to deliver a powerful 72W per channel into 8? loads. This power is provided by a quiet multi-stage linear supply whilst supply rails for digital and analogue sections are galvanically isolated. The DAC is based closely on the hugely successful Rega DAC-R circuit. The galvanically/optically isolated digital inputs utilise a Wolfson S/PDIF receiver IC to provide exceptional detail and clarity from any connected source. Output is provided by a Wolfson DAC and Rega designed discrete line-driver circuit. Hi there music and Hi-Fi fans out there and welcome to the auction of my Rega Elex-r integrated amplifier as you can see from my pics its in great condition it comes with the remote power lead and original packaging. My reason for selling this fantastic amp is due to an upgrade if I was able to Id keep this one as well trust me I would.It has a fantastic warm sound with great detail I am truly sad to see it go but its time to let go of this great amp and let someone else have some fun with it. La funzione primaria di un amplificatore è quella di potenziare ed equalizzare il segnale di basso livello generato da una testina, da un DAC e da un CD player o da altre sorgenti e portarlo ad un livello che possa pilotare i diffusori. È vitale che l’amplificatore raggiunga questo scopo minimizzando la distorsione che andrebbe ad influenzare direttamente la musica. Il livello di distorsione tipico è 0.007%; appena sotto il taglio dell’uscita.• Il controllo volume e l’amplificatore usati in Elex-R sono progettati per superare i problemi associati alle costruzioni standard. Questo design utilizza un chip apposito unito ad un circuito integrato di supporto periferico come micro-controllo ed un apposito controllo volume rotante.• Elex-R utilizza un controllo volume combinato a feedback e passivo, in cui i livelli del feedback e degli ingressi vengono variati per settare il livello di volume desiderato. Il livello e il tracking tra i due canali sono settati dalla stretta tolleranza nel circuito di pre-amplificazione e non dal potenziometro in sé, mantenendo quindi al minimo gli scompensi tra i canali dovuti alle irregolarità nel controllo volume. Inoltre questo metodo riduce il disturbo e il sovraccarico dell’ingresso poiché il controllo utilizzerà solo il guadagno necessario per amplificare il segnale. Questa forma di controllo volume si trova solitamente solo negli ambiti professionali in cui è necessario e un controllo dei livelli accurato e senza disturbo. Tecnologia di Amplificazione• L’amplificazione di uscita utilizzato in Elex-R, Elicit-R e Brio-R è stato costruito in seguito ad una intensa ricerca condotta dai nostri ingegneri per sviluppare uno stadio di potenza in Classe A a inseguitore di emettitore. Questo si basa su una coppia aggiuntiva di transistor di uscita da 150w Sanken Darlington. Il miglioramento tecnico e sonico dovuto all’utilizzo di driver a bassa impedenza è ben noto, ma può comportare elevate correnti statiche nella fase di potenza quando si usa una configurazione a transistor standard.
